ONGOING: Sundays  Charles is our Water Yoga teacher at Sierra Hot Springs. He has been teaching here since April, 2000. Charles has appeared on SNCAT-TV and has been featured in the Reno News & Review, Reno Gazette Journal and the Los Angeles Times. Sundays: 1:00 and 2:15 P.M. Water Yoga in the Warm Pool at the Temple Dome Now Offering Private Sessions! Private, one on one, Traditional Hatha Yoga lessons and Yoga therapy sessions are available with CHARLES on Sundays at 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 3:30 PM. 3 hour advance notification required or better still, register the day before. Advance registration and payment required. $45.00 per lesson or session. Extra person is $20.00.Clothing is optional. Sessions are FREE to guests.
